Get Fancy With Your Shake

Make your shake special. It doesn’t always have to be enjoyed right out of the shaker!

Here’s one of my fancy shake recipes:

– 8-10 oz of coconut water
– One scoop of Vegan protein powder (from Nutrishop in Brewster, NY)
– One scoop of BCAA (also from Nutrishop in Brewster, NY)
– Handful of Blueberries (or a banana)
– Mix! (I mix my shakes in a Magic Bullet)
– Pour into a fancy crystal glass. (or a glass of your choice)
– Garnish with peppermint or an orange slice. (I added lavender flowers for some aromatherapy.)
– Most important: Enjoy.
