I first met Lauren at Crossfit OSA where we worked out together and I soon realized what an amazing athlete and multi-talented person she is!
Lauren graduated from Central Connecticut State University and was on the Division One swim team there. She is a successful event planner and a very creative baker. Recently she shared her thoughts with me about her business.
Her passion for life, creativity, fitness and health absolutely shine through in her Frosted Creations cupcake business. She started her business because she loves baking and sharing new recipes with people. She has always had a love of cupcakes and bringing happiness to people. Red Velvet cupcakes are her signature cupcake and you are just going to have to order some to understand why. Lauren adds love and passion into this recipe and it makes a tasty difference. The seasons inspire Lauren to create new recipes as well as the cupcake decoration ideas and flavor combinations. Her favorite flavor combination is chocolate and peanut butter anything. No argument there!
Opening her own bakery is a goal Lauren has set for herself because she wants to teach children how to bake. She feels it’s important for children to learn these skills when they are young so they can continue to be creative and carry these basic skills with them.
